Activities in Ogunquit
1. Ogunquit Beach
With miles of white sandy beach, there's plenty of space for everyone. Many families with young children gather on the river side of Main Beach, where the waves are smaller and the water is calmer. Remember to bring along a bucket and net for crab-catching fun. You'll find this section on the right as you enter the Main Beach parking lot.
For lunch, grab a hot dog and soft-serve ice cream from the Dairy King, or enjoy a larger menu selection with take-out from Charlie's On the Beach. Both are conveniently located across the street from the Main Beach parking lot.
2. Dinner on the Beach
Grab a blanket and a pizza and head to the beach for a picnic. La Pizzeria in downtown even delivers right to the beach on their moped! Low tide evenings are ideal, providing ample space for kids to run around between bites of pizza.
3. Family Fishing and Lobstering Trips with the Salty Lewer
Salty Lewer Charter Fishing has family fishing and lobstering trips that are great for kids to learn to fish and have fun out on the water. Capt.
